Premium Cultivars only refunds and replaces wrong, damaged, or faulty orders. We do not offer returns for any reason at all.
We photograph every order before they are shipped, therefore if you receive the incorrect product(s) or the seeds are damaged we will replace your order providing you send us an email showing sufficient photographic evidence. Once we can confirm the mistake, we will re-ship your order free of charge.
Under no circumstances should you send packages back to us, packages will be refused and returned to sender.
