Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped within 3-7 business days after the order is placed regardless of the postage purchased. We ship with USPS only. 

During sales and new product releases the volume of orders can cause the processing time to take up to an additional 7 business days.

If there’s an issue with your order, send us an email at sales@premiumcultivars.com and we will make sure it gets fixed.

Products will be shipped in compliance with all hemp laws and contains less than 0.3% Delta 9 Compliant with all State and Federal Hemp Laws.

Shipping is only available in states and countries where hemp is legal. You are responsible to ensure you are in a compliant state. We currently do not ship to the locations below but there may be other states not listed that may be considered non-compliant and you are responsible to confirm. 

Seeds Location Exclusion

Idaho, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, South Carolina, Wyoming and International locations

THCA Location Exclusion 

Arkansas, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Kansas, Louisiana, Minnesota, Oklahoma, Oregon, Puerto Rico, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont, Guam, US Virgin Islands, and International locations

Standard Shipping

On all orders over $100 (US Only) you will receive standard shipping for free.

As soon as the order is dispatched, you will receive a USPS tracking number. 

Delivery Issues

You can file a claim by sending an email to sales@premiumcultivars.com with your order number if you notice your tracking is delivered but you have no received it.
 
*If Premium Cultivars determines deliverability failed due to a non-customer issue, Premium Cultivars will send a second package.
